Shipping & Handling
Please keep in mind that we are not a corporate warehouse and that items are typically made fresh to order by our small family staff.
We try our best to process and ship orders within 3 to 5 business days.
Items on backorder ship as soon as we've restocked them.
Keep in mind that holidays and peak times will affect processing and shipping times. We cannot guarantee specific shipping dates during those times.
All addresses must be correct with all pertinent information. Please verify! There will be a fee charged on all returned packages and an additional fee to reship.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns but will refund or replace any items that do not meet expectations. Items must be within the best by date.
To be eligible for refund or replacement items must be within the best by date and you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement.
You’ll also need your order number or the name of the person who sent it to you, if it was sent as a gift.
