Why Seasoned Pecans?

We began crafting our seasoned pecans as a way to create healthy and delicious snacks. We wanted delicious flavor, minus the guilt. Inspired by New Mexico, we dove into green and red chile seasonings first. Buttery garlic and candied flavors soon followed. The flavors, originally created through trial and error using real butter, garden fresh herbs and our free range chicken eggs, resulted in the ultimate flavors we offer to you today. Next, we started gifting our flavored pecans to family and friends. When family and friends asked for more, we complied and started shipping them around the United States regularly. We even started selling them at our local farmers market and around downtown Roswell. My husband Jeffrey designed our stickers to pay homage to our stellar alien community, and we officially began establishing our small business this year. This is our labor of love and we look forward to growing and expanding the cosmic products that are out of this world.
